A WARM CUP OF WELLNESS
Hatched is a London-based creative agency that helps brands create, define and position themselves through visually appealing, well-crafted campaigns. Their latest partner, Pukka Herbs, are a staple in cupboards across the world. So when they needed support to translate their 2023 advent calendar, we were all hands on deck (the halls!)
Each year, Pukka releases an advent calendar centred around the concept of ‘wellness,’ with a selection of heart-warming, organic tea blends to enjoy in the countdown to Christmas. For their 2023 edition, they decided to push their physical calendar to the digital world.
To achieve this, Hatched created QR codes in some of the doors, which redirected to a festive blend of delicious recipes, guided meditations, playlist recommendations, and yoga and breathing exercises.
JUST OUR CUP OF TEA
We supported them in localising those additional surprises in order to spread cheer in 5 languages. Such a diverse range of content calls for a variety of translation techniques, so we employed not only our translation and transcreation skills, but we also added subtitling and multilingual voice-over to the mix for the breathing exercises and guided meditations.
The WIT elves were delighted to wrap up the year with a warm cuppa and Christmassy translations, and we were boiling over with excitement to open the first door on December 1st!
